Optimum Sleep Solutions home sleep apnea testing uses Sleep Image device, which is one of the leaders in diagnostic and treatment of sleep disorders. Once you receive you Optimum Sleep Solution better sleep box, you must follow the instructions and complete the test the first night. Make sure you follow the instructions on how to use the Sleep Image device. If you find the instructions difficult to understand, below you will find an instructional video on how to use the sleep device. Make sure you complete the testing within 3 days of receiving the device.

Once your order is confirmed, Optimum Sleep Solutions will ship your home sleep testing device directly to your home. The following items are included in the box/envelope along with your home sleep testing device.

What Happens After Completing the Test?
Once you complete the test, please read the return policy that can be found in the kit. Make sure to follow the instructions on returning the device to avoid any late penalties. Once your test is received by Optimum Sleep Solutions, a report will be sent to your healthcare provider to discuss the results and how to move forward based on the study. If there is a problem with your sleep study, a representative from Optimum Sleep Solutions will contact you to discuss the next steps.

How do I request a home sleep apnea test?
There are two ways to obtain a home sleep apnea test:
1. Physician referral: To obtain a physician referral, please call Optimum Sleep Solutions at 305-567-1999 Option #2 or email optimumsleepsolutions@gmail.com
2. You may order a home sleep apnea test directly from Optimum Sleep Solutions and pay for the test out of pocket.
The process is as follows:
A clinician must diagnose a suspected Obstructive Sleep Apnea.
The diagnosis is sent to Optimum Sleep Solutions and a home sleep test is ordered for the patient.
Optimum Sleep Solutions board certified sleep physicians provide interpretation and recommendation for ordering clinician. If necessary, CPAP or Auto CPAP is ordered for the patient. Auto CPAP forms are provided.
